Customer Services Team

Carolyn Loveday — our EFL guru. Carolyn is one of the first point of call and has been with EFL since the start. She has lots of knowledge on our products – she is also the person who deals with our creditors and debtors. Carolyn has two daughters who belong to a local swim club and she knows what is what when it comes to swim products.

Linda George — our Customer Services Person. We are lucky to have another knowledgeable person when it comes to swim products as Linda has also been involved with swim clubs for a number of years. Not only does Linda oversee the warehouse and knows what stock is available and when new stock is due in she is also the other person who you will speak to when you ring into our office.

Embroidery

Nicole Smith — our talented designer and embroider. Nicole has had many years experience in the trade. She has got a very good eye for taking a clients concept or logo and transferring this to our customers clothing.

Warehouse

Tracey Chim — joined the EFL team April 2008. She also has had experience in the embroidery industry and is a much needed back up to Nicole. Mainly you will find Tracey in the warehouse where she fulfills our customer orders and maintains stock levels of all our products.

Sales & Marketing Reps

Hiria Kayes — based in Auckland and looks after our Aquatic Centres.

Dean Capstick — based in Christchurch and looks after our South Island customers both Retailers and Aquatic Centres.

Rob Thompson — based in Auckland and looks after our Retailers in Auckland.

Karla Humphries — based in Wellington and looks after our Aquatic Centres. Her time is spread between this and EFL publications and marketing material.

Club Contact

Karla Humphries — This is an area which needs great attention. Karla is our main contact for all swimming and surf clubs. She can arrange for all your swim wear, accessories and team wear needs and can also have these items embroidered or screenprinted for you.

Linda George — also works with Karla in providing a service to swim and surf clubs.
